Our Shared Vision:
As the leading Systems Thinkers, Innovators, and Digital Transformers in the marketplace, we provide the best value to partners, employee-owners, stakeholders, and clients because we fully embrace the following Core Principals.
WE > I :
We believe that collaboration sparks innovation. We understand that the more diverse the team of collaborators, the more diverse the ideas and innovations will be.
There is no “I” in “team”, but there is lot of “Me”:
Our employee-owners know that company leadership values their ideas and work consciously to foster an environment where employee-owners have the freedom to bring their ideas to fruition. In support of this, we promote Servant-Leadership within the company.
A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats:
We encourage our Servant-Leaders to promote the best ideas of their Team-mates, cultivate their strengths, and be transformative in our employee-owners lives.
Natural Work Experience:
We understand that systems in nature thrive on diversity. People work best when the way they work feels natural and organic to them. We promote a collaborative and inclusive environment where our employee-owners are allowed freedom in their schedule and in how they work.

Client Testimonials
"Tom's expertise in systems engineering and project management has been instrumental in the success of our programs. His ability to communicate complex technical details to diverse stakeholders is unmatched." - Air Force Research Laboratory, Division Director
"Tom Dollman and I worked for a few years at Conduent, on a wild and ungainly project to cloud-migrate a hospital administration system to Azure. He and I were on the same team of Lead Architects, each working on a segment of this vast and venerable old system. He kept me going in some of the rough times (and we had a few). I joined the firm after him, by which point the project had gone through multiple managers and multiple semi-chaotic growths spurts -- and he helped me get (and keep) my bearings.
He's a solid performer, a good collaborator, a talented technologist, and a calming presence on any team.” - Tom Kelleher : Technology Consultant, Director/VP, Product Manager, Former Chief Architect @ Conduent, Inc.
More About Me
Professionally, I have supported the warfighter both as a member of the DoD civilian workforce and as a defense contractor for the better part of 20 years. I have supported numerous agencies including the US Army at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, the Marine Corps at MARCORLOGCOM in Albany, GA, and the Air Force at Eglin AFB and AFSOC at Hurlburt Field, FL. Until April 2nd of this year, I was Principal FMS Software Engineering Analyst at the JASSM Program Office at Eglin AFB and before that I supported the Air Force Weapons Directorate of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) also at Eglin, AFB. Currently, as Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Dollman Systems, LLC, I am pursuing opportunities to put my 35+ years of combined manufacturing/light industrial, and my software, systems, and project management experience in the Defense realm to work making a positive impact on our planet.
I have played a small role in the development of many systems over the course of my career, but the two which stand out the most are my contributions to our international Ballistic Missile Defense System as a Subject Matter Expert on the AN/TPY-2 X-band phased array RADAR supporting the Missile Defense Agency and as a Chief Software Engineer on the Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) system which protected our warfighters and contractors deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan at various Forward Operating Bases during their deployments there.
I have completed the core courses in the Johns Hopkins University G. W. C. Whiting School of Engineering graduate Systems Engineering program, and I have a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering. I am taking the last 2 of my 3 electives in the program during Summer 2025 and I plan to complete my Capstone Course and graduate in December 2025. I am currently gaining a greater appreciation for complex systems and better understanding how we play an integral role in making our world a better place by our involvement in the complex systems we interact with and influence as Systems Engineers.
Something interesting about me is that I won a statewide computer-programming competition at Auburn University in 1985 at the age of 15 which won me free trips to Chicago, IL and Washington, DC as a delegate to represent the brightest minds from the State of Alabama at National Congresses and Conventions. I also received honors from White-Westinghouse Corp. as a result of my efforts. My code from this competition was later published (I never received credit) and became the core code of many of today’s most widely used simulation programs, especially within the DoD.
